Peregrin
Savannah, GA
A colorful perch atop the Perry Lane Hotel.
The Brief
Sage Hospitality Group asked us to help them create identities for the restaurants at their new hotel in Savannah, Georgia, as part of our larger branding scope. The goal was to position each venue as distinct, with its own draw and sense of place, while helping to bring to life the rich narrative of the hotel brand overall. The rooftop lounge needed to be a haven for guests and locals alike, balancing destination appeal with authentic, Savannah flavor.
The Approach
We envisioned an all-day cocktail soiree, inspired by Savannah’s lush, natural beauty and bursting with bright and breezy energy. Paying homage to the local flora and fauna, we named the venue The Peregrin—after the regal Peregrine Falcon—and embellished the menus with illustrations of greenery and flowers. We paired pops of vivid color with more restrained typography and patterning to balance play and prestige. The result was a richly narrative identity that offers a unique take on Southern elegance.
