    The Approach

    Our audience was seeking something a little different in a West Coast home. So our brand personality and strategic elements strove to create room for nostalgia, memory-making, and outdoor-loving curiosity.

    The Expression

    The Hadley’s visual and verbal elements offer direction and dimension. A weathered logomark evokes a trail marker or even an arrowhead. Language feels inquisitive, fun-loving, and purpose-minded. Together, they create an identity that supports and guides residents.

    The Space

    Spaces were inspired by the inclusion of natural materials: woods enriched by lush greenery and floral design, paying homage to a flower shop that formerly sat on this site. The Hadley features rich moments of organic details embedded within a treehouse vernacular.
