    The Approach

    Connecting consumers with Thrive’s positive impact, we turned the brand’s website and packaging into platforms to tell farmers’ stories. We also designed a 14-tap nitro cold brew bar inspired by coffee craft and tradition.

    The Expression

    Brand language emphasizes what matters: workers’ quality of life alongside quality of product, innovative solutions challenging the status quo, and a commitment to high ethical standards. This plays out through educational moments, a celebration of process, and communal cupping tables.

    The Space

    The shop is a creative-minded, much-loved community gathering place. A huge array of outside-the-box drinks (e.g., espresso with cereal-infused milk) evoke a curiosity about origin and craft, while reclaimed furniture, handmade fixtures, and vintage coolers hint at rich lives lived.
