Savannah’s new Southern belle.
Sage Hospitality Group, a well-known Denver-based hotel and restaurant operator, partnered with Marriott to create a new luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Savannah, Georgia. With playfully sophisticated interiors courtesy of our sister company AvroKO, the new hotel concept needed an identity that spoke to its southern, Savannah roots and conveyed the prestige of being part of Marriott’s Luxury Collection.
With richly layered spaces and personality at every turn, Perry Lane’s identity needed the right balance of restraint and whimsy, and worldly sophistication with a distinctly modern Southern accent. The brand story is elegance with a wink, told through lighthearted yet refined messaging and graphic design. The notion of “inspired luxury” carried through all aspects of the experience, from signature touch points like a friendly walking map to explore the city, quietly quirky styling in the public spaces, and story-driven food and beverage concepts.
