Brand Bureau was tasked with developing a fresh re-interpretation of Panera’s bakery cafés using their Princeton, New Jersey location as the foundational flagship for rollout across the U.S. As a departure from the brand’s existing “Mother Bread” concept and aesthetic, the refreshed space adopts a more modern and youthful take imagining how the daughter of “Mother Bread” would design her bakery. With heritage and a sense of community in mind, Brand Bureau conceived an environment that is warm and inviting and celebrates what Panera embodies – bread and fresh ingredients.
