Brand Bureau was tasked with designing an elevated dining experience that embraced the vibrant energy of the casino game floor. The goal was to create an environment that encouraged visitors to meander and appealed to a wide range of guest types. The space needed to at once celebrate diversity and find cohesion amongst five rotating food venues and a variety of different seating styles.

Inspired by Florida’s tropical landscape and the creative influences of designers Paco Rabanne and Alvar Aalto, we created a lush and tactile dining oasis offering guests an opportunity to immerse in the glamorous life of Hard Rock. The dessert station, dressed in emerald tile and copper-tinted mirrors, is an ode to Rabanne’s ornate chain dresses as you enter the restaurant. The five dining stations are united with an overhead dropped ceiling and cladded with wood slats that pay homage to Aalto’s craftsmanship. This lowering of height allows the kitchen space to feel more intimate as guests meander between the islands of food. Strategically-placed banquettes at the restaurant’s periphery help to define boundaries, while a custom carpet unifies the various zones with a nod to the local flora.
