Commerce Court is the largest new development in the financial core of downtown Toronto, which includes dozens of amenity areas spread across five towers. QuadReal wanted to identify a mixture of F&B and retail offerings that would appeal to the wide array of people who will interact with these spaces, so they came to Brand Bureau to devise an amenities Master Plan.
